As part of our commitment to our customers, we guarantee to take one of the following actions where a better price is found online:

  • Match the price if you find the same room, in the same hotel with the same services, cheaper elsewhere on the Internet.
  • Cancel the booking made on our site and refund where applicable the deposit/payment without penalty.
  • Refund the difference where we have debited the entire value of the booking.

Guarantee Policy

The properties committed to the Best Price Online Guarantee program will match the best hotel room prices publicly available for hotel reservations on the Internet. If an PlanetIn1.com customer finds a lower rate on the internet for an identical product then we will take appropriate steps to correct that difference.

Terms and Conditions

The Best Price Online Guarantee price correction or cancellation without penalty is available to all customers who purchase one or more room nights through the PlanetIn1.com website. The guarantee applies to those hotels that adhere to the Best Price Online Guarantee (marked with Best Price Online Guarantee Best Price Gaurantee Check). The Best Price Online Guarantee applies where a customer subsequently finds a lower Total Rate for the same hotel and the same dates from any other internet source within 24 hours following the customer's purchase on the PlanetIn1.com website.

Total Rate means the rate paid. If a customer purchases a hotel room and the price is inclusive of additional services, for example, meals and taxes, then a refund for finding a hotel room exclusive of these extra services at a cheaper rate will not apply.

Request for Correction / Refund

All requests for rate corrections and/ or refunds will be made in writing by emailing priceguarantee@irelandin1.com within 24 hours of making the original reservation and a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled check in. The timestamp of the arrival of the email at the PlanetIn1.com email site, will determine compliance to the time requirement. The application must include customer name, itinerary and booking confirmation number together with proof of cheaper price, for example, website address, screen shot or any other document which will validate the application. PlanetIn1.com customer service department will verify the application within 3 working days, confirm the outcome to the customer and take action where appropriate.

Corrective Actions

Where a correction is required the Customer Services Department of PlanetIn1.com will at its sole discretion take one of the following actions:

Where a booking deposit has not be charged

  • Modify the price of the booking made through PlanetIn1.com to match the proven revised price.
  • Cancel the booking made through PlanetIn1.com without penalty.

Where a partial booking deposit has been charged

  • Modify the price of the booking made through PlanetIn1.com to match the proven revised price.
  • Cancel the booking made through PlanetIn1.com and refund the booking deposit without penalty.

Where the entire value of the booking has been charged

  • Modify the price of the booking made through PlanetIn1.com to match the proven revised price and refund the difference.
  • Cancel the booking made through PlanetIn1.com and refund the booking payment without penalty.

Where a refund is required it will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original booking within 10 working days.

The decision(s) made by the Customer Services Department of PlanetIn1.com in the operation of the Best Price Online Guarantee is/are final.
